Stage 1

Stage 2

Review

This is the first step in our interview process, and it's all about identifying candidates who could be a strong match. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll reach out to move things forward! 
Stage 3

Recruiter Screen

If your resume looks like a match, the next step is a quick chat with one of our recruiters. This conversation is a chance for us to learn more about your background, interests, and what you're looking for in your next role. 
Stage 4

Final Interview

This interview will be conducted by our General Manager, Warranty Manager, or Install manager, and will be the last interview in the hiring process. Should you move on past this stage, a Recruiter will reach out with next steps for onboarding.
Stage 5

Offer Letter/Background Check

Congrats—if you’ve made it to this stage, we’re ready to make it official! 🎉

We’ll send over an offer letter with all the important details about the role, pay, start date, and what to expect. Once you’ve accepted, we’ll kick off a quick background check. We’ll keep things moving and stay in touch so you know exactly where everything stands. Once the background check is all set, it’s time to get ready for onboarding and your first day!
